Our Footprint

Rooted in Kakamega County with a vision to scale impact across the Western Corridor.

Current Reach

CESUD is deeply rooted in Kakamega County, successfully operating across all 60 wards.

Our "Lead Farmer" and "School Dignity" models were piloted and refined here, building a robust network of community volunteers and local government partnerships.

Vision for Growth

We are actively scaling our administrative engine across the broader Western Region—targeting Vihiga, Bungoma, and Busia Counties.

By utilizing our existing volunteer networks and the "Lead Farmer" methodology, we can rapidly deploy resilience and protection programs to neighboring counties with similar agro-ecological and socio-economic challenges.
