- ✔Informational Access: Permission is granted to view and download reports (such as the CA Western Kenya Final Report) for personal, non-commercial educational use only.
- ✔Responsible Behavior: You agree not to use our website for malicious activity, including spreading spam, scraping, or attempting unauthorized system access.
- ✔No Affiliation Misrepresentation: You must not imply official affiliation with CESUD without written approval from the board.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
- ✔Ownership of Content: All text, graphics, logos, photos of field work, and reports are intellectual property owned by CESUD or our program partners.
- ✔Reproduction Restrictions: Redistribution or republishing of any document requires formal accreditation or permission from info@cesud-kenya.org.
3. Donations and Contributions
- ✔Voluntary Support: Donations are non-refundable voluntary contributions to fuel sustainable development in Western Kenya.
- ✔Fund Allocation: All funds are managed under strict audits and allocated directly to our active development pillars (Smart Food Security, GESI, Holistic Health, etc.).
4. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
- ✔Platform Provided As-Is: CESUD makes no warranties regarding uninterrupted service or minor typos in publications.
- ✔Governing Authority: These terms are governed and construed under the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
