A free volunteer cohort supporting climate action, dignity, and community empowerment in Kakamega County
CESUD Team September 3, 2026
Community Empowerment for Sustainable Development (CESUD) invites passionate individuals, recent graduates, researchers, and community advocates to join our 2026 volunteer cohort.
Work alongside local leaders, smallholder farmers, school green clubs, and youth groups across Kakamega County to drive sustainable development, climate action, and social equity. Participation is completely free — no application or program fees.
Volunteer tracks:
- Climate-Smart Agriculture & Food Security
- Girl Child Protection & Dignity Mentorship
- Zero-Waste & Circular Economy Initiatives
- Monitoring, Evaluation & Digital Media
Applications close on 5th October 2026 at 5:00 PM EAT. Submit your CV and a one-page cover letter highlighting your preferred track via the volunteer page, email info@cesud-kenya.org, or in person at the Mumias Operations Desk.
